In fact, for those organizations that use data, 42% of the c-suite are satisfied with benefits ROI compared to just 19% in organizations that don’t use data.
However, there is room for improvement. In the video, Matthew explains that 31% of organizations report a lack of data literacy in the HR team, so they must train their people to collect and analyze the data available to them. As a result, they will see increased employee retention and engagement, which can be used as evidence of contribution to bottom line.
