ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of HR and Payroll solutions and Thomsons Online Benefits, the UK’s leading employee benefits provider, have announced a new UK partnership that will enable companies to master the complexities of auto-enrolment, and ensure that they are well-positioned to exploit opportunities to breathe new life into company pension schemes.
The partnership will provide consultancy on every aspect of the new pension legislation including provider selection, cost modelling, employee engagement and ongoing management. It will help restructure companies’ reward strategies appropriately, providing technology to remove the administrative strain, and assisting with communication that will educate and engage people throughout the change process and beyond.
Trevor Townsend, Product Director at ADP in the UK, comments, “We decided to partner with Thomsons Online Benefits because we wanted a solid partner to enable us to extend our UK offering to include reward and benefits. Like ADP, Thomsons has a track record of working with some of the world’s largest employers, as well as smaller, more niche companies. They understand exactly the benefits challenges facing our clients.
“With the introduction of auto-enrolment this October, our clients need a ready enabled solution to meet their administration and communication needs across HR, Payroll and Benefits,” concludes Townsend.
Tim Perkins, Director at Thomsons Online Benefits adds: “We are delighted to announce this new partnership with ADP and look forward to working with its clients to help them derive maximum value from their reward spend.”
Tim concludes, “The pension legislation coming this year marks the greatest change to social security policy in decades. The auto-enrolment challenge must be addressed as part of a company’s ongoing reward strategy and not solely through consultancy or bolt-on technology. The value that ADP UK and Thomsons Online Benefits offer is that we are perfectly placed to tackle this challenge with a combined and integrated solution.”
