About the team:

Becoming a Darwin Education Partner means that you will be helping our People, Clients and Partners to learn Darwin, so they can use it in their day-day roles. 

You will help to give them the best learning experiences through a blend of classroom based training, webinars, online learning, practice modules and accreditation.  

A strong understanding of how our Clients and our People use Darwin is required and we will help you to develop your skills and expertise in learning design and delivery.

The team sits within the Professional Services organisation.  We are multi-skilled and global in thinking with a clear vision and focus as a core part of Thomsons growth plans in the next 5 years.


The role and your mission:


Reporting to the Education Services excellence manager, this role will provide support to Clients and Internal Thomsons Teams, via the design, implementation, delivery and facilitation of the Darwin Enablement offering.

The Darwin Education Partner is responsible for representing Darwin Education Services core values and objectives, both internally and externally, making sure that these goals are transferred into the delivery of excellent learning interventions.

  • Delivering first class Darwin education interventions to Clients and Thomsons people, via:

    • Videos, recordings and eLearning content;
    • Live webinars;
    • Classroom sessions.
  • Contributing to the design of learning interventions:

    • Content workflow development; 
    • eLearning story boards development.
  • Documenting learning content and keeping it up to date:

    • Delivery flows; 
    • eLearning flows.

What skills and values you will bring:

Essential Skills:

1 -2 years previous experience in a training role
Excellent team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
Ability to manage own time effectively based on agreed priorities;
Ability to work on multiple queries or tasks at one time
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate internally and with Clients
Excellent presentation skills
Facilitation skills
Strong attention to details

Preferred Skills:

Time Management
Remote delivery technology (Example: Zoom, GoToWebinar, Skype, etc.)
Familiarity with LMSs and/or LMSs concepts
Industry trends knowledge

Undergraduate Degree preferably in Business and Technology, or equivalent
TAP certified or working towards
